Cris founded Insights Elevate to collaborate with leaders to achieve sustained growth and scale. She is a C-Suite Advisor who has guided organizations during pivotal, complex transformational periods.
Cris’ executive leadership expertise includes leading operationally intense organizations in the areas of strategic planning, large-scale transformations, business operations, crisis management, P&L responsibility and human capital management. She guides organizations – including those preparing for strategic shifts, integrating businesses or scaling operating models – by executing large-scale transformations and cultivating high-performance teams.
She has deep expertise in crisis management and corporate communication. While at DFW Airport, she developed and executed comprehensive crisis management response planning protocols and internal communication protocols following the events of 9/11.

In her roles at Goldman Sachs, DFW International Airport and Altos Hornos de Mexico (AHMSA), Cris has worked across major sectors, including Financial Services, Real Estate, Transportation and Manufacturing in the US, Mexico and Europe.
As US COO of Goldman Sachs’ real estate investing business, Cris had risk management and operational oversight of a multi-billion diversified equity and credit real estate portfolio across multiple asset classes and investing strategies.
Cris led Investor Relations for Altos Hornos de Mexico (AHMSA), Mexico’s largest integrated steel manufacturer, from Pre-IPO to public listing on the NYSE following a substantial capital raise. She has extensive experience engaging investors, industry analysts and media.
Cris is a native Spanish speaker and multicultural leader and has served on several civic and community boards.
